Pay Now to attend a webcam session with an Instructor for error-correction training. If a Collector makes a "fatal flaw" in the DOT Specimen collection process that causes a test to be cancelled, s/he must complete error-correction training with a qualified monitor/trainer within 30 days of being notified of the error; per 49 CFR Part 40.33 (f). After you pay the fee of $250.00, please contact us to schedule your webcam class/session, which is approximately 2-3 hours in length. You must have Federal forms, collection kits, and a mock partner to sit with you during the webcam training. The webcam session will cover the area(s) of regulations that the collector did not comply with that led to the Fatal Flaw; and you will be required to complete three (3) consecutive, error-free, and specific mock collections. [The mock collections will be (1) Uneventful, and (2 and 3) Related specifically to your error.] Important: You MUST complete your error-correction training within 30 days of being notified of your error that caused the cancelled test, or you are out of compliance with Federal Regulations/requirements.   After making payment, please email us the following at Admin@CertifiedTrainingSolutions.com: 1.
